Tonight, somebody or bodies are gonna win the 305 Million Dollar Powerball drawing. OH PLEASE LET IT BE ME! ….I am a little miffed today. I watched/listened to a new Green Day lyric video for “Kill the DJ.” The chorus goes “Kill the DJ, Shoot the F-in’ DJ” over and over, which made me wonder. In this climate of violence with Aurora and Oak Creek fresh on our minds, is this really the time to release something like this or am I being too sensitive? I mean, come on! Moreover, with the state of radio these days, do we really need some irresponsible band dissin’ DJ’s? (I don’t care if they mean club DJ’s or not!) Seriously, it’s a stoopid song from a band who think their you know what doesn’t stink. I really think I might be over them. What do YOU think?
