Gas lines in NYC and the outlying region = scary moments in anger and thievery! What the hell, people? Things are bad enough without fist fights, gun pointing and yelling. As Axl once said, “All we need is just a little patience….”….Aerosmith on the Today show kept me from starting a little earlier today. Love seeing those boys. They sure bring back such great memories of college days in Beantown. They lived down the street from my first apartment on Commonwealth Ave in Brighton (before I knew them, damn!) Later on, one of my roommates in West Roxbury, Mary, used to date Joey Kramer, so we would go to their shows and hang out with them, and babysit Joey’s bull mastiff, Tiger. We’d dress him up in scarves and hats. Once, Mary actually put Tiger in my tall antique four-postered bed, under the covers, like a human. I woke up thinking I was having a sex dream with this panting down my neck! Damn dog! LOL…..Onto the news: Today I am on the hotLine with two of my favorite frontmen: Chevelle’s Pete Loeffler and Bullet For My Valentine’s Matt Tuck! Looking forward to talking to both of them! Be listening for the interviews on the upcoming shows! Next week, Lou Brutus will catch up with Theory of A Deadman and Adelitas Way, who are touring together presently…..

Appreciate where you live because tomorrow, it might be gone. Pray for the folks in the Northeast who have lost so much and please donate to the Red Cross (www.redcross.org). If you own a chain saw, get out and help those folks get rid of trees on their properties. If you have a generator, donate it to someone in need. Bring canned food and water to shelters. Do what you can. Please help.
