Good day! Have you seen the footage from the dash cams from those cars over in Russia? The things drivers and the police do over there is astounding! I saw a bunch of it on NBC News last night. Google it. You won’t believe your eyes! And kids, don’t try this at home!…..Device, the new band formed by Disturbed frontman David Draiman, has issued the first single and video from its upcoming self-titled debut. The track is called “Vilify” and Draiman told us where it’s coming from musically and lyrically: “It is a very fierce introductory track for this record. It has a very strong fusion of that electronic element in there. Still very heavy, still very rhythmic. Very anthemic, very intensely melodic. It’s a song that lyrically is talking about everyone out there who likes to make me out to be such a bad guy, this monster of epic proportions, which I’m really not.” Check out the video for it here. I am trying to discern if David’s wife, Lena, is the robot woman in the clip. She’s appeared in Disturbed videos in the past. Can’t wait to hang with David (and Lena and the “furry Draimans”-they have a bunch of dogs) down in Austin at SXSW. David has a home there…..Bonnaroo has announced it’s line-up for their 2013 outdoor festival down in Manchester, TN. Thanks to Loudwire for unearthing this footage of Rage Against the Machine performing in a record store in Tha LBC (That’s hip hop for Long Beach, CA) in 1992! God, I miss this band! And they look soooo young! Tim with long hair and a mustache! Zack with a “hairdo”! Awesome! Watch it! ….I am hearing chat about the bands on the Uproar Festival this year. Should be very interesting…..Yesterday I listened to Puscifer‘s version of Queen‘s classic “Bohemian Rhapsody.” They did it justice, but I am not sure about the video! LOL Check it out! HILARIOUS!
