HAPPY FRIDAY! So exciting, the hardDrive Live Tour comes to my ‘hood tonight, I can’t wait to go! I’ll be posting pictures to the twitter feed, so keep on eye on it!… Bad news for ESCAPE THE FATE fans, they have dropped off the tour with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, citing family-related issues. From the post on their facebook page: “ESCAPE THE FATE will be dropping off the Wrong Side of Heaven tour (also featuring Five Finger Death Punch, Miss May I and Gemini Syndrome) as of today (Thursday, October 17th) due to unforeseen family–related issues. The band deeply regrets that they will not be able to see their fans in Bossier City, LA ; Tulsa, OK; Kansas City, MO and Springfield, MO this time around but promises to revisit these cities as soon as their tour schedule will allow.” We all hope that whatever the reason is, it’s nothing too terrible… Buckcherry has parted with their longtime bassist Jimmy Ashhurst. Sounds like they really didn’t want to, but in this business, hard decisions must be made sometimes. “We in no way wish to put Jimmy in an unfavorable light. Simply put, we felt it was in the best interest of the collective group to find a replacement for Jimmy, for the good of the group as well as the good of Jimmy.” Kelly Lemieux will be filling in for the time being…and if you haven’t seen it yet, Korn have released the video for their song “Love & Meth” and you can check it out right here! Have a great weekend!
