Megadeth and longtime bassist Dave Ellefson have parted ways two weeks after controversy arose concerning Ellefson’s alleged involvement in a sex video scandal.
“We are informing our fans that David Ellefson is no longer playing with Megadeth and that we are officially parting was with him,” the band message states. “We do no take this decision lately.”
