It’s time for the annual Year End Rear End Revue on hardDrive with Lou Brutus. Over the weekend of December 27/28 2025, it’s a two-hour look back at the best hard rocking music of 2025. Our guests will include Shinedown, Halestorm, Tom Morello, Taylor Momsen, The Devil Wears Prada, and Nevertel.

Then this coming week on hardDrive XL with Lou Brutus will feature our New Year’s Eve Special. We’ll look back at the biggest music, artists, and news of the year! Our guests for New Year’s Eve on December 31st 2025 will include Disturbed, Shinedown, System of a Down, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Mudvayne, Slash, Deftones, Tom Morello, and Megadeth. Then we kick off Merry Riffmas Week on hardDrive XL beginning Monday December 22. Joining us each night as Featured Guitarist of the Week will be Tom Morello. Other special guest guitarists will be Wolfgang Van Halen of Mammoth, Dan Donegan of Disturbed, Dave Mustaine of Megadeth, Slash of Guns ‘N’ Roses, and Zoltan Bathory of Five Finger Death Punch.

It’s been a busy run of live concerts around the country for Lou Brutus and HardDrive Radio!

In recent weeks, Lou Brutus has been to Baltimore MD to cover Deftones, then in Des Moines IA to host the L.D. 50 25th Anniversary Tour featuring Mudvayne, Static-X, and Vended. This was followed by a run of days traveling on the Rise of Roach Tour with Papa Roach, Rise Against, and Underoath. It included a day off in Washington DC where Lou took the band to some of the nation’s finest art galleries! He then bounced back to Madison WI to host the nEVEREST Tour with Halestorm, Lindsey Stirling, and Apocalyptica. While in town, LB also took to time to photograph the former site of Smart Studios, where classic albums were recorded by the likes of Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, and many others. Soon after, Lou doubled back to the east coast for Seether, Daughtry, and P.O.D.

Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne are the Godfathers of Heavy Metal and a band which has always been close to our hearts. Lou Brutus has been gathering content for months to prepare for the bittersweet moment in music history, as our heroes perform their farewell and pass into the void. It begins Monday July 1st as HardDrive Radio XL rolls out a week of programs with rock stars singing the praises of Ozzy and Sabbath. Guests include A Day To Remember, ARCHITECTS, Five Finger Death Punch, Ghost, Halestorm, Billy Morrison, The Offspring, Shinedown, System Of A Down, and Three Days Grace. There will also be Ozzy and Sabbath covers from a multitude of Rock luminaries. The theme then continues with the weekend edition of the show. We are stoked to announced that Lou Brutus made his first ever trip to the legendary Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis SD. If that wasn’t enough, he was there to host DISTURBED at the Full Throttle Saloon!

This once-in-a-lifetime event took place on Tuesday August 5th. Lou even had special one-of-a-kind guitar picks from InTune Guitars Picks available only at the event.

Along with shooting pictures at the concert, Brutus explored the surrounding area with his cameras including Devil’s Tower, Mount Rushmore, and the Crazy Horse Memorial. You can check the images on the HardDrive Radio socials.
